PM REALTY GROUP SIGNS MAJOR LEASES IN DALLAS AT THE PRINCETON AND TURTLE CREEK CENTRE

DALLAS - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has been awarded exclusive office leasing assignments at The Princeton and Turtle Creek Centre, both in Dallas, Texas.

Hibernia National Bank signed a new, 65-month lease for 21,251 square feet of office space at The Princeton on Dallas Parkway. Randy White of Corporate Realty was the tenant representative in the transaction.

Computer Sciences Corporation signed a 132-month renewal lease for 26,799 square feet of office space at Turtle Creek Centre. Bruce Dewberry of USI Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the transaction.

Darryl Cothron, Assistant Vice President of Leasing for PM Realty Group, finalized both transactions.

The Princeton, located at 14651 Dallas Parkway, is a nine-story, 371,228-square-foot office building. Turtle Creek Centre, located at 3811 Turtle Creek, is a 21-story, 295,809-square-foot office building.
