Assignment Expands PM Realty Group’s Dallas-Area
Portfolio to More Than 9 Million Square Feet

DALLAS - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded an exclusive property management, construction management and leasing assignment for a 1,314,544-square-foot portfolio of office buildings in Dallas, Houston and Plano, Texas, by Lennar Partners.

Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of the Central Division for PM Realty Group, finalized the transaction. The key PM Realty Group team members in Dallas include Bernard Deaton, Sr. Vice President Dallas region; LeAnne Weymouth, Leasing Manager; Bob Filbert, Assistant Vice President of Engineering; and Robert Hooper, Senior Property Manager.
