Assignment Expands PM Realty Group's Dallas and Jacksonville
HOUSTON - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management and construction management assignment for a 1,029,551-square-foot portfolio of office buildings in Dallas, Richardson, Tex., and Jacksonville, Fla., by Prudential Financial, one of the largest pension fund advisory firms in the United States. The assignment also includes leasing of one property in Dallas.
Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President at PM Realty Group, finalized the transaction. Rich Elam, Senior Property Manager, oversees property management activities at the buildings under the direction of Deaton and Wade Bowlin, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group.

Nortel I and II is a three-building complex that is leased on a triple-net basis to Northern Telecom. One Deerwood is leased on a triple-net basis to Metris Companies, Inc. The Princeton is a multi-tenant Class A office building with a range of upscale amenities, including: a deli and sundry shop, building conference room and break room, covered parking, 24x7 security, card-key access, concierge service and a full-height loading dock. |
