Two-Building Office Portfolio Totals 146,600 Square Feet

FRISCO, Tex. - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for two office buildings in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area from LandPlan Development Corporation, a leading developer of residential, recreational and commercial projects throughout North Texas. The assignment also includes leasing for one building.

The portfolio assignment includes property management responsibilities for Stonebriar Health Center, and property management and leasing responsibilities for 2500 Legacy Drive, both in Frisco, Texas. Stonebriar Health Center is an 80,500-square-foot, Class A medical office building currently under construction at 5575 Warren Parkway. The health center is scheduled to be completed in June 2002. 2500 Legacy Drive is a 66,100-square-foot luxury office center located in the hills of west Frisco, just north of Highway 121 on prestigious Legacy Drive.

Bernard Deaton, Senior Vice President at PM Realty Group, finalized the transaction. Rich Elam, Senior Property Manager, oversees property management activities at both buildings. Kathy Mulgrew, Leasing Manager, is responsible for all lease activity at 2500 Legacy Drive. Elam and Mulgrew are supported by Bernard Deaton and Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Central Division.
