PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT FOR A 633,000-SQUARE-FOOT OFFICE PORTFOLIO

EWARK, Del. - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for Christiana Center, a four-building office complex in Newark, Delaware, by JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm.

Encompassing 16 acres, Christiana Center is located at 500 Stanton Christiana Road near Interstate 95. JP MorganChase occupies the majority of the complex, with additional occupancy by E.I. Dupont & Company and HSBC Company.

Bob Midgette, Vice President of PM Realty Group, will be leading the management team, with Tony Schilling, Senior Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day activities.
