Property Management Assignment Totals 1.1 Million Square Feet

JERSEY CITY, N.J. - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate services firms, today announced it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for two office buildings at Newport Office Center in Jersey City, New Jersey, by JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm.

The two buildings, located at 570 and 575 Washington Boulevard, encompass more than 1.1 million square feet of office space. Amenities at Newport Office Center include a full-service Chase branch bank and a full-service health center. JPMorganChase occupies both of the buildings. Newport Office Center is a seven-building complex located in the Newport section of Jersey City.

Bob Midgette, Vice President of PM Realty Group, will be leading the management team, with Bob White, Senior Property Manager, overseeing day-to-day activities.
