PM REALTY GROUP ARRANGES THE SALE OF RED OAK PROFESSIONAL ATRIUM BUILDING IN HOUSTON

HOUSTON - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has arranged the sale of Red Oak Professional Atrium Building in Houston on behalf of Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors Inc., one of the premier pension fund advisory firms in the country. The buyer was MedCap Properties, a private health care real estate firm formed in partnership with HCA -- The Healthcare Co.

Red Oak Professional Atrium Building is a 53,829-square-foot medical office building located at 17115 Red Oak Drive, near the Houston Northwest Medical Center. PM Realty Group Senior Vice President of Investment Services, John Dailey, arranged the sale. The purchase price was not disclosed.

“Having served as property manager of Red Oaks Professional Atrium on behalf of Koll Bren Realty Advisors, PM Realty Group is pleased to announce the sale of this asset at terms that were mutually beneficial to both parties,” Dailey said.
