Bill Driver Promoted to SVP of Property Management Over Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
ATLANTA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest independent full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the promotion of Steve Dils to Senior Vice President and Director of the Atlanta Region. In his expanded role, Dils oversees all of PM Realty Group’s leasing, property management and construction management activities in the region.
A 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate business, Dils joined PM Realty Group in November 2001 as Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing. Prior to joining PM Realty Group, he served as Managing Director of Corporate Development of Cypress Communications in Atlanta, where he was responsible for sales and customer service in each of the company’s national markets. Prior to joining Cypress, Dils served as Director of Leasing and Marketing at PC Associates, a local Atlanta property management and development firm. His first 10 years of real estate experience came during the off-seasons of his National Football League career as a quarterback, where he played for the Minnesota Vikings, Los Angeles Rams, and Atlanta Falcons.
Dils is a 12-year member and past president of the Buckhead Business Association and is a graduate of its Leadership Program; a board member for Winning With Encouragement; and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving on the membership committee. He holds a degree in economics from Stanford University.
In a related move, PM Realty Group has promoted J. William Driver, CPM, from Vice President of Operations to Senior Vice President. With 20 years of real estate experience, he now directs the company’s property management services in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. In addition to earning the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Driver is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), serves on the Citizen Advisory Council for Cobb County and is an elected board member of Atlanta’s Downtown Improvement District.
The promotions came in response to the departure of Ray Owens, who has left the firm to pursue real estate investment activities.
“We are very fortunate to have individuals like Steve and Bill ready to step up and lead our Atlanta office,” said Jimmy Gunn, President of Property Services. “We have every confidence in their ability to continue providing services in a manner that produces loyal clients and enhances the PM Realty Group brand.” |
