Assignment brings PM Realty Group's local portfolio
to over 1.2 million square feet

MAITLAND, FLA. - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for 151 Southhall Lane in Maitland, Florida, by owner representative TMW Real Estate Group.

151 Southhall Lane, also known as the Southpoint building, is comprised of 136,264 rentable square feet of office space. The building’s major tenants include Sprint and Ford Motor Credit.

Bob Dukes, Regional Vice President, and Bert Locke, Senior Property Manager, will oversee management operations at 151 Southhall Lane, under the direction of Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Central Division.

“This assignment grew out of the relationship we hold with TMW Real Estate Group in other national markets, based on our proven track record as successful managers and our depth of resources,” said Goeke. “PM Realty Group has made a long-term commitment to Florida and the Orlando market, and we are excited to add this great property to our local portfolio.”

This assignment brings the firms Florida portfolio to over 2.4 million square feet, including 1.2 million square feet in the Orlando area.
