ORLANDO - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive facility management assignment for three Florida office locations totaling 200,000 square feet by FiServ, Inc., a full-service provider of data processing and information management systems to the financial industry. The properties are located in Orlando, Lake Mary and Maitland.

Facility management activities for the FiServ portfolio are led by Florida Regional Manager Bob Dukes and Senior Property Manager Bert Locke, Jr. CPM, working under the direction of Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Central Division.
