SAN DIEGO - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for Hazard Center, a 389,000-square-foot office and retail center in suburban San Diego, by WCB Properties, agent for Hazard Center Investors, LLC.
Hazard Center is one of the best-known and most highly regarded mixed-use projects in San Diego's Mission Valley area. Built in 1990, the 15-story office building encompasses 263,000 square feet of office space with an adjacent 126,500 square feet of retail space. Major office tenants include American International Group and Aetna Life Insurance, and the retail tenants include Mann Theaters and Barnes & Noble.
PM Realty Group's property management team at Hazard Center, including Vice President Terry Thompson, Regional Manager H. Peter Tietz and General Manager Lisa Gualco, work under the direction of Jim Proehl, Senior Vice President & Director of the firm's Western Division. The team works closely with leasing teams at CB Richard Ellis for office leasing and John Burnham Real Estate Services for retail leasing.
