PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR 8500 SHOAL CREEK BOULEVARD

HOUSTON - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for 1455 West Loop South, totaling 179,451 square feet of office space by owner Koswood Investment Corporation.

Built in 1968, 1455 West Loop South is a nine-story building located in the Galleria submarket and is currently under renovation. PM Realty Group will assist Koswood Investment in the property’s strategic repositioning.

Don Eicholz, Assistant Vice President of Operations, will oversee Brenda Dougherty, Property Manager, who will be responsible for day-to-day management activities, both under the direction of Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Central Division.
