LOS ANGELES - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive facility management and construction management assignment for American Career College’s Los Angeles and Orange County Campuses by owners Rosewood Realty, LLC and Woodland Realty, LLC, respectively.
Peter Italiano, vice president, will oversee day-to-day management operations at both properties under the direction of Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s West division.
The assignment entails the following properties:
- 4021 Rosewood Avenue is a three-story office building consisting of 55,000 square feet located in the northwest area of Los Angeles. American Career College occupies the entire building.
- 1200 North Magnolia is a two-story office building consisting of 21,000 square feet located in Anaheim. American Career College occupies the entire building.
