Recent Property Management Assignments of Prominent Honolulu Buildings

HONOLULU - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for the office portion of the Waikiki Galleria by owner representative The Shidler Group. Located in the Waikiki Beach Central District, Waikiki Galleria is a 16-story tower totaling 255,000 square feet of Class A retail and office space. A prominent building on Waikiki Beach, the Galleria is most widely recognized for its large aquarium filled with exotic sea creatures. PM Realty Group is directly responsible for property management of the 160,000 square feet of office space and administrative management of the retail portion, anchored by Duty Free Shoppers (DFS) Galleria.

The Waikiki Galleria assignment is the second recent success in Hawaii for PM Realty Group, which was recently awarded the exclusive property management, leasing and construction management contract for Amfac Center, a Class “A” office property in Honolulu’s Central Business District, by Duesenberg Investment Company. Together, these two high-profile assignments have increased PM Realty Group's Honolulu portfolio to a total of more than 2 million square feet.

Toni Cofran, RPA, Regional Vice President, directs the Waikiki Galleria team, with ongoing national support from Scott Kuklish, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Northwest Region. Arlene Reiss, Property Manager, oversees day-to-day management responsibilities.
