New owner retains PM Realty Group as exclusive property manager

Houston - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for 2200 Post Oak Boulevard in Houston. PM Realty Group previously managed the building for the prior owner, and was selected by the current owner, 2200 Post Oak L.P., to continue its responsibilities.

2200 Post Oak Boulevard is a 123,375 square-foot office building located in the Galleria submarket of Houston. The building’s major tenant is Compass Bank.

Mike Nelson, Vice President of Operations and Donna Buchanon, Senior Property Manager, will oversee management operations at 2200 Post Oak Boulevard under the direction of Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Central Division.
