Honolulu– PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Washington Mutual Bank has signed a long-term lease for 11,458 square feet at Topa Financial Center in Honolulu.

Washington Mutual’s lease is for the entire 8th floor of the Bishop Street Tower at Topa Financial Center, a 477,045-square-foot Class A office property consisting of two 21-story towers located at 700 Bishop Street.
