HONOLULU - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management, leasing, and construction management assignment for Amfac Center by owner Duesenberg Investment Company. Located at the base of Bishop Street, Honolulu’s prestigious business address, Amfac Center is comprised of two 20-story Class A office buildings, Amfac Tower and Hawaii Tower, connected by a retail atrium. The center encompasses 473,000 square feet and is 90 percent leased. Major tenants include J&H Marsh and McLennan; Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo; Hawaii Dental Service; and Torkildson Katz.
This premier assignment brings PM Realty Group’s Honolulu management and leasing portfolio to a total of more than 2 million square feet of space. The Amfac Center joins a family of notable buildings managed by PM Realty Group, including Alii Place and City Financial Tower, which have been recognized by the Hawaii Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for superior management.
The Amfac Center team is led by two of Honolulu’s well-respected commercial real estate professionals. Toni Cofran, RPA, Regional Vice President, directs the property and construction management team. Linda Gee, CPM, Vice President of Leasing and Investment Sales, oversees leasing operations. Day-to-day Amfac Center activity is managed by Paula Orr, CPM, General Manager, with assistance from Curt Nakamura, Assistant Property Manager and Rory Reilly, Chief Engineer.
