Premier building assignment extends relationship between
PM Realty Group and Sumitomo Life Realty

ATLANTA - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for One Atlantic Center by owner Sumitomo Life Realty (N.Y.), Inc. Built in 1987, One Atlantic Center is one of the most prestigious buildings in the country and has been credited with leading the revival of the Midtown Atlanta office market. The 1.1 million-square-foot building is located at the corner of 14th Street and West Peachtree Street.

Ray Owens, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Eastern Division, leads the property management team. Bill Driver, Vice President of Operations, directs day-to-day operations, and Rick Amon, Vice President, serves as General Manager.
