Assignmnet Extends Strong National Relationship
of Owner and Service Provider to Atlanta

ATLANTA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that TMW Real Estate Group has awarded the firm exclusive management and leasing assignments for nine properties totaling 1.5 million square feet in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

The majority of the TMW’s portfolio consists of Class A office buildings, with some service center, distribution and retail properties also included in the assignment. The portfolio entails three buildings in the Central Perimeter of Atlanta, one building each in Midtown and Buckhead, and four in other sub-markets.

Ray Owens, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Eastern Division, leads the property management team. Bill Driver, Vice President of Operations, directs day-to-day operations with Mary Ellen Bockstahler appointed as Group Manager. Terry Plissey serves as Senior Chief Engineer. Candy McIntyre, Vice President, oversees the Atlanta leasing team.

The assignment from TMW closely follows another success for PM Realty Group in Atlanta. Recently, the firm was selected by Sumitomo Life Realty (N.Y.) Inc. as exclusive property manager of 1.1 million-square-foot Atlantic Center in Midtown Atlanta.

Buildings in the TMW Atlanta portfolio include: Ravinia II, 211 Perimeter, Perimeter Square West, The Peachtree, One Live Oak Center, Fed Ex Plaza, Oakbrook Place One, Wilson Way, and Antec.
