PM Realty Group Represents Ownership in Transaction

Houston - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that KRBE Co. has leased 18,521 square feet of office space at Westchase Bank Center in Houston. KRBE Co. is the parent company of KRBE-FM 104.1, a contemporary radio station with more than 25 years of history in metropolitan Houston.

The owner, 9801 Westheimer Associates, L.P., was represented in the transaction by Doug Little, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at PM Realty Group. KRBE Co. was represented by Mike Boehler of The Staubach Company.

Westchase Bank Building is a 202,294-square-foot office building in the Westchase submarket of Houston. The lease to KRBE Co. brings the building to 89 percent occupancy.
