National Property Management Firm Continues To
Strengthen San Diego Presence

San Diego - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for the Sorrento South Corporate Center, a recently completed 275, 000-square-foot office project, by owner WCB Properties, Inc. The decision was based on PM Realty Group’s current track record of successfully managing over 600,000 square feet of office space in San Diego on behalf of the owner.

Located at 9276 and 9330 Scranton Road in Sorrento Mesa, the newly developed Sorrento South Corporate Center consists of two six-story Class A office towers and is one of northern San Diego County’s most visible and accessible sites. Major tenants include Altera and GlobeSpan.

PM Realty Group’s San Diego-based team will be directed by Jim Proehl, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, and led by Peter Italiano, Vice President, Peter Tietz, Regional Manager, and Bruce Clow, General Manager.
