PM REALTY GROUP CONTINUES DENVER MARKET EXPANSION WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF OFFICE PLAZA I AT INVERNESS

Denver - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property and construction management assignment for Office Plaza I at Inverness by owner TMW Real Estate Management. PM Realty Group’s Denver management team is led by Senior Vice President Scott Kuklish and property manager Henry Rewun, under the direction of Jim Proehl, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division.

Located at 10333 East Dry Creek Road in Denver, Office Plaza I is a four-story office property totaling 140,000 square feet of Class A space. The building is currently 100 percent occupied, with major tenants such as Continental Casualty, Computer Associates and New Horizons Computer Learning.
