HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE SYSTEM LEASES 74,000 SQUARE FEET AT WESTGATE ATRIUM I

Houston - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full service commercial real estate firms, today announced that the Houston Community College System has leased 74,107 square feet at Westgate Atrium I.

Houston Community College System (HCCS) will occupy space on all three floors of Westgate Atrium I, located at 1550 Fox Lake Drive. The HCCS previously occupied space at Westgate Atrium I, and recently chose to both renew and expand this lease.

HCCS is the third largest community college system in the State of Texas and the largest on the Texas Gulf Coast. Its five regional colleges offer workforce training programs, academic transfer courses and continuing education to one of the largest and most diverse student bodies in the country.
