El Paso, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that Emo Trans Texas has signed a 39,104-square-foot lease at 28 Spur Drive in the Butterfield Trail Industrial Park.

This building is owned by Lincoln National Life Insurance and is leased and managed by PM Realty Group.

Liz O'Brien, property manager and leasing agent at PM Realty Group, represented ownership in this lease. Emo Trans Texas was represented internally by Grace Fitzgerald. Emo Trans Texas is a subsidiary of Emo Trans Inc., a worldwide air freight services firm that offers complete warehouse and distribution services, inventory management, customs brokerage and global logistics.

“We are very excited to witness and play a role in the dynamic growth of the Butterfield Trail Industrial Park,” said Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of the Central Division of PM Realty Group. “Emo Tran Texas was attracted to the building as a result of its functionality within one of El Paso’s most prominent industrial parks and proximity to the airport.”
