22-Story 1000 Wilshire is PM Realty Group's Second Wilshire Boulevard Assignment From Owner Sumitomo Life Realty

Los Angeles - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property and construction management assignment for 1000 Wilshire by owner Sumitomo Life Realty (N.Y.), Inc.

Located at I-110 along the prestigious Wilshire Boulevard corridor in Los Angeles, 1000 Wilshire is a Class A office building totaling 452,000 square feet. Built in 1987, the 22-story building’s major tenants include Wedbush Morgan Securities and Deloitte & Touche.

Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director for PM Realty Group’s Western Division, leads the operations and construction management team. Peter Italiano, vice president of the firm’s Southern California operations, leads the day-to-day operations.

Italiano observed that the 1000 Wilshire assignment follows another Wilshire Boulevard assignment from the same owner. In 2000, Sumitomo Life Realty selected PM Realty Group for the property management and construction management of 225,000-square-foot Murdock Plaza, located at 10900 Wilshire Boulevard.
