Local property management expert to handle growing portfolio in Bay Area
San Francisco - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest independent full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the appointment of David A. Jaber, RPA, CPM, CCIM, to regional vice president of the San Francisco/Bay Area and Silicon Valley management operations. Based in San Francisco, Jaber will report to Scott Kuklish, senior vice president of PM Realty Group’s northwest region.
In the new role, Jaber will oversee the regional operations in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, with a combined portfolio of more than two million square feet of commercial office space centered in San Francisco’s Financial District. He will also be actively involved in sales, dispositions, consulting, building client relationships, and new business development. “PM Realty Group has experienced tremendous growth in the San Francisco area over the last year, so we felt it was necessary to have a top caliber executive to keep the momentum going,” Kuklish said. “David’s impressive credentials and knowledge of the area will benefit our client relationships and staff development in the Bay Area."
Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Jaber was a highly recognizable Shorenstein Realty Services general manager for 425 Market Street and Hills Plaza. In addition, he has held several prolific assignments in San Francisco, including general manager for 525 Market Street (Cushman & Wakefield), and the Transamerica Pyramid (Transamerica Realty Service), where he negotiated and administered contracts for tenant and building improvements projects totaling $18.5 million. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior asset manager for Wells Fargo Bank. Jaber has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Cal-State University-Hayward. |
