EL Paso, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced two leases totaling 99,600 square feet in El Paso. The buildings, 15 –D Zane Grey and 4/6 Butterfield Trail, are owned by Teacher's Insurance and Annuity of America (TIAA).
Forward Air of Groveport, Ohio, represented by Alton Setliff, leased 19,600 square feet at 15 – D Zane Grey. Conexant, of Newport Beach, California leased the entire 80,000-square-foot warehouse at 4/6 Butterfield Trail. Both buildings have strong ownership and are located within Butterfield Trail Industrial Park, conveniently situated near the El Paso Airport.
“Our growing leasing portfolio in El Paso help capture the essence of PM Realty Group’s operating strategy—to grow ‘with’ our clients to provide them with specialized services every step of the way,” said Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of the Central Division of PM Realty Group.
PM Realty Group currently manages a 2 million square-foot portfolio in El Paso and provides leasing services on 1.5 million square feet. The firm’s major clients in El Paso also include Lincoln National Life Insurance, Chase Bank Texas, and Columbia HCA.
In addition to the new assignments, PM Realty also renewed three office leases at 3 Butterfield Trail that include, Coleman Research Corporation, Mitsui-Soko USA and Fleming Corporation.
PM Realty Group's Property Manager and Leasing Agent Liz O'Brien represented ownership in both transactions.
