PM REALTY GROUP CONTINUES SAN FRANCISCO MARKET EXPANSION WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF 235 PINE STREET

Property Management Portfolio Adds New International Pension Fund Client

San Francisco, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment of 235 Pine Street by owner SPP Investment Management. The firm’s Northern California management team is led by Senior Vice President Scott Kuklish, under the direction of Jim Proehl, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division. The assignment of 235 Pine Street marks the first time PM Realty Group has been retained by SPP Investment Management.

Located in downtown San Francisco, 235 Pine Street is a 25-story building offering 150,000 square feet of prime office space. The building is currently 100 percent occupied, with major tenants such as Atel Capital and AdvisorTech.
