CHICAGO, IL - On behalf of its client, Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, PM Realty Group Investment Services today announced that it has successfully negotiated the sale of the Hinsdale Lake Commons shopping center to Regency Realty Corporation, a Jacksonville, Florida based retail real estate investment trust (REIT).
Sandra Collins, senior vice president of PM Realty Group Investment Services, was the sole broker in the transaction.
Anchored by Dominicks, Hinsdale Lake Commons is a 174,425-square-foot community shopping center located at 63rd and Route 83 in Willowbrook, Ill., a suburb of Chicago. Prior to the sale of the center, PM Realty Group's Property Services division implemented an aggressive repositioning of the asset by diversifying its tenant base and securing long-term leases for Ace Hardware, Original Sandwich Factory and Caribou Coffee. New parking was also added to maximize the long-term value of the center.
