PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, CO-LEASING ASSIGNMENTS FOR LA JOLLA EXECUTIVE TOWER

La Jolla, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management, construction management, and co-leasing assignments for the La Jolla Executive Tower by TMW Real Estate on behalf of U.S. Property Fund GmbH & Co. KG.

La Jolla Executive Tower is a 16-story office tower totaling 227,570 square feet of space in La Jolla, California. The building, which is 80 percent occupied, houses such major tenants as Telephony@Work, Inc., GMAC Mortgage and First National Bank.

PM Realty Group’s Southern California management team will be directed by Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, and led by Peter Italiano, vice president-Southern California.

“This assignment signifies the continued growth of our property management presence in Southern California and further demonstrates our focus on detail and consistency of building management procedures,” said Proehl. “We look forward to our expanded relationship with TMW Real Estate and achieving their short-term and long-term objectives with their assets.”
