ATLANTA - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for two Atlanta office buildings, Sugar Mill Office Buildings A and B, by Atlanta-based owner, F&M Properties, Inc.
Under the direction of Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of the Southeast division of PM Realty Group, Rick Barrett, a leasing specialist in PM Realty Group's Atlanta office, will assume responsibility for the leasing of the buildings.
Centrally located at 500 Sugar Mill Road in Atlanta's vibrant North/Central submarket, the two-story buildings currently are 93 percent occupied. Major tenants include Enfresh, Norwest Mortgage, and Medascend, Inc.
The leasing assignment for Sugar Mill Office Buildings A&B represent the first awarded to PM Realty Group by owner F&M Properties. According to Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Southeast division, the firm's growing property management and leasing presence in the Atlanta market played a key role in the decision process.
"In addition to growing our leasing and management portfolio in the Atlanta market, we very much look forward to building a long-term relationship with F&M Properties," said Goeke.
