ORLANDO, FL - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for a six-building industrial portfolio by Dallas, Texas-based owner The PNL Companies. With five properties in Orlando and one property in Ocala, Fl, the portfolio totals 101,964 square feet.

Under the leadership of Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Southeast division, the firm's Orlando-based property management team is comprised of Dave Morris, assistant vice president and property manager Laura Garlich.

The portfolio consists of the following properties:

• 10895 Rockwell Boulevard is a 48,600-square-foot industrial building in Orlando that currently is 100 percent occupied. The only tenant is Sonoco Products.
  
• 11245 Satellite Boulevard is an 8,640-square-foot industrial building in Orlando, all of which isavailable for lease.
  
• 1310 Central Florida Parkway is a 7,500-square-foot industrial building located in Orlando that currently is 100 percent occupied. The building's only tenant is Plastic Piping Systems.
  
• 1100 Central Florida Parkway is a 9,860-square-foot industrial building located in Orlando. Currently 100 percent occupied, the building's only tenant is Sheppard Electric Company of Tampa.
  
• 3382 Bartlett Boulevard is an 8,900-square-foot Orlando industrial building that is currently 100 percent occupied. The building's major only tenant is Wireless Technology Equipment Company.
  
• 1433 Southwest 15th Avenue is an 18,464-square-foot industrial building in Ocala, FL. Currently 100 percent occupied, the building's only tenant is Gator Building Materials.

This assignment is the second awarded to PM Realty Group by The PNL Companies. PM Realty Group currently manages and leases Dolphin Plaza, a 96,191-square-foot retail center, located in Miami, FL.
