Newport Beach, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has expanded its property management and construction management roles with The Bayview Trust to include the leasing assignment for the 310,000-square-foot 100 Bayview. PM Realty Group has managed the building since 1993 and plans to take a highly focused approach to improve occupancy.
100 Bayview, located at 100 Bayview Circle, consists of two six-story Class A office towers in Newport Beach. The property houses such major tenants as Hewitt Associates, McCarthy Construction and LA Fitness.
PM Realty Group’s Los Angeles-based team will be directed by Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, and led by Chris Strickfaden, senior vice president, leasing-Southern California, and David Girty, director of leasing-Orange County.
