PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT FOR COLLEGE PARK IN FULLERTON, CA

Fullerton, CA - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management and construction management assignments for College Park at 2600 East Nutwood in Fullerton, California by the California State University Fullerton Foundation.

California Park, located at 2600 East Nutwood in Fullerton, California, is a 10-story office tower totaling 215,000 square feet of prime space. The building, which is 91 percent occupied, houses major tenant California State University Fullerton.

PM Realty Group’s Los Angeles-based team will be directed by Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, and led by Peter Italiano, vice president-Southern California, and Conrad Klingenstein, district manager-Orange County.
