PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANGEMENT ASSIGNMENT FOR 451,331-SQUARE-FOOT 100 FIRST STREET IN SAN FRANCISCO

San Francisco - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management and construction management assignment for 100 First Street in San Francisco by TMW Real Estate, authorized agent for the building’s owner, US Property Fund GmbH & Co. KG.

100 First Street is a premier, Class A, office tower comprised of 27 floors and totaling 451,331 square feet of space in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The building, which is 100 percent occupied, houses such major tenants as Delta Dental and Young & Rubican.

PM Realty Group’s San Francisco-based management team will be led by Scott Kuklish, senior vice president-Northwest region, and Bob DeJanes, general manager. Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, will oversee the project and ensure quality control. “This assignment signifies the continued growth of our property management presence in San Francisco,” said Jim Proehl. “We look forward to our expanded relationship with TMW Real Estate and to achieving their short-term and long-term objectives with their assets.”
