San Francisco - PM Realty Group, one of the nation's leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for 333 Bush Street in San Francisco by TMW Management, LLC, authorized agent for the building's owner, ProVictor IV, LP. The firm was selected from among more than 14 local and national real estate firms vying for the contract.
PM Realty Group's San Francisco-based management team, led by Sonny O'Drobinak, vice president and northwest regional manager, and Bob DeJanes, on-site general manager, assumed management of the property on September 1, 1999. Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Western Division, will oversee the project and ensure quality control.
Designed by renowned architects Skidmore, Ownings & Merrill, 333 Bush Street is a 42-story, Class A office building located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The 13-year-old building encompasses more than 550,000 square feet and is currently 90 percent occupied. Its prestigious tenant base reflects the city's major service industries, including Charles Schwab & Company; Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe; AON; and Singapore airlines.
"We are delighted that TMW Management, LLC, chose PM Realty Group to manage 333 Bush Street," said James C. Gunn, executive vice president of PM Realty Group's Property Services division. "This is a trophy building with superb architecture, an ideal location and an owner committed to preserving the property's Class A standards. We look forward to working with them to achieve that goal."
"The San Francisco CBD is one of the most vibrant office markets in the country today," continued Gunn. "Our long-term strategy is to grow with existing clients and reach out to new prospects. With a solid management team in place combined with in-depth market knowledge, state-of-the-art systems and corporate resources, our future is promising in San Francisco.
