LAGUNA HILLS, CA - On behalf of a Wall Street client, PM Realty Group Investment Services today announced that it has successfully negotiated the sale of Hillside Plaza office building to a private real estate investment company based in Irvine, CA. The purchase price for the transaction was $5,700,000.
John A. Murray, senior vice president and director of investments for PM Realty Group Investment Services' southwest division, was the sole broker in the transaction.
Built in 1988, Hillside Plaza is a 47,570-square-foot suburban office building and is currently 93 percent occupied. Located at 23161 Mill Creek Drive in Laguna Hills, CA, the building's major tenant is Statefarm Insurance. Hillside Plaza enjoys proximity to John Wayne Airport, as well as nearby business campuses including, Spectrum Office Park and Irvine Business Park.
