New Tenant to Create 500 Jobs in Greater Pueblo and Colorado Springs Markets
PUEBLO, CO - PM Realty Group Investment Services, the investment brokerage arm of PM Realty Group, today announced that it has negotiated a 87,310-square-foot lease in preparation for marketing the Pueblo Tech Five office building in Pueblo, CO, on behalf of its client Lockheed Martin Corporation. The space was leased to Atlanta, GA-based Innotrac Corporation, a fulfillment company traded on the NASDAQ exchange.
Duane Jones, Senior Vice President with PM Realty Group Investment Services, represented the owner. Scotland Wright of Insignia/ESG in Atlanta represented the tenant.
Located at #5 William White Boulevard, Pueblo Tech Five was the Old Loral headquarters, which was converted into an office and industrial building earlier this year. According to Jones, bringing Innotrac into the building will generate approximately 500 new jobs for the Pueblo community. The property is being readied to market for sale by Jones as an exclusive sales agent.
"We are delighted to work with PM Realty Group and equally thrilled with the tenants they have brought to the building," said Jim Spaccamonti, president of the Pueblo Economic Development Corporation. Bringing Innotrac to Pueblo will yield excellent jobs for our citizens and economic growth for the entire community."
