Washington D.C. - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for 2300 M Street and 1200 K Street in Washington D.C. by owner TMW Group. The properties consist of 475,699 square feet of Class-A office space.

Under the direction of Ray Owens, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Eastern Division, the firm’s Washington-based management team will be led by Assistant Vice President Tanya Seyfert and Property Manager Melissa Scayles.

The properties include:

• 2300 M Street is a nine-story office building totaling 110,786 square feet. The property, which is 100 percent occupied, houses such high profile tenants as the European Union and First Union Securities.
  
• 1200 K Street, built in 1992, is a 12-story office building totaling 364,913 square feet. Major tenants in this fully occupied building include Lockheed Martin and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).
