PM REALTY GROUP INVESTMENT SERVICES NEGOTIATES THE SALE OF THE POLO CLUB OF PITTSBURGH

CHICAGO, IL - On behalf of its client, Lincoln National Life Insurance Company, PM Realty Group Investment Services today announced that it has successfully negotiated the sale of the Polo Club of Pittsburgh, a 280-unit apartment complex, to a private local investor.

Sandra Collins, senior vice president, and William C. Kralovek, senior vice president of PM Realty Group Investment Services, represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Gerard Sansosti and Paul Scarmazzi of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.

The Polo Club of Pittsburgh is a luxury apartment complex located at 916 Beaver Grade Road in suburban Pittsburgh. Amenities include a swimming pool, club room and close proximity to Pittsburgh International Airport.
