Greater Houston Management and Leasing Portfolio
Tops 20,000,000 Square Feet

PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced it has further expanded its Houston portfolio with an exclusive leasing assignment for 1,275,000 square feet of space. Awarded by owner Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, a large portion of the portfolio is located in the North Houston and Woodlands submarkets, further diversifying the firm’s presence in the greater Houston area. The firm’s Houston office now manages and leases more than 20,000,000 square feet.

Over the past two years, Koll Bren Schreiber has awarded PM Realty Group a number of property management and leasing assignments based on the firm’s ability to provide superior service levels and achieve property objectives.
