PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND LEASING ASSIGNMENT FOR WESTGATE ATRIUM I

HOUSTON - PM Realty Group today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for Westgate Atrium I from owner Rubin Pachulski Dew Properties, LLC.

PM Realty Group's management and leasing team will consist of Bill Goeke, senior vice president/director of the southeast division; Mike Nelson, regional manager; Connie Sanders, property manager; and Monique Allgood, assistant property manager. Doug Little, vice president of leasing, will handle leasing responsibilities.

Westgate Atrium I is a three-story suburban office building located in the far west area of Houston at I-10 and Fry Road. The property comprises 109,522 square feet of space and is currently 87% occupied. The building's major tenant is Houston Community College.

Bill Goeke, senior vice president/director of the southeast division, said PM Realty Group was chosen for the assignment based on their exceptional leasing performance and operational track record in the Houston market.
