Management and Leasing Portfolio Tops 18.5 Million Square Feet in Houston
Houston, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for three suburban Houston office buildings totaling 304,188 square feet by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The buildings include 1500 S. Dairy Ashford, Park Green I, and 9100 SW Freeway.
The assignment expands PM Realty Group’s management and leasing portfolio to 18.5 million square feet in the greater Houston area. The contract also signifies the growing relationship PM has enjoyed with Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The firm currently manages and leases 1.3 million square feet for the owner in Houston, and more than 2 million square feet statewide.

Under the supervision of Doug Little, vice president and director of leasing in Houston for PM Realty Group, and John Spafford, vice president of leasing, Erik Haugen, leasing manager, will oversee day-to-day marketing at 1500 S. Dairy Ashford, Park Green, and 9100 SE Freeway.
