Orlando, FL - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced the appointment of Kirk R. Fetter to Regional Vice President of the firm’s Orlando office. Fetter reports directly to Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President and Director of PM Realty Group’s Southeast Division.
As Regional Vice President, Fetter is responsible for the property management and leasing activity of PM Realty Group’s Florida portfolio, which consists of approximately 3 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
“As our Florida portfolio continues to grow, we saw the need to bring in a talented real estate professional like Kirk,” said Goeke. “He’s already begun to make a positive contribution to our Orlando Team. We’re delighted to have him on board.”
Prior to joining PM Realty Group, Fetter was a Director of Gaedeke Landers, LTD in Orlando. Before that, he was Director of Leasing for Faison Associates. Earlier in his career, Fetter was a project manager/leasing associate with Paragon Group and prior to that, a leasing associate with DSJ Developments, where he handled the leasing for 1.5 million square feet of service center space.
Fetter’s diverse background with various product types and strong leadership skills brings PM Realty Group’s clients exceptional value enhancement capabilities. Fetter is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida. |
