Sandi Thompson, Terry Marks & Scott Corbin recognized by Central Florida Real Estate Society

ORLANDO - PM Realty Group today announced three of its Orlando-based commercial real estate agents have been named winners of a Hallmark Award by the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society (CFCRES). The awards were presented at the organization's 4th annual ceremony at the Citrus Club on February 27.

Sandi Thompson was named into the CFCRES Circle of Achievement, while Terry Marks and Scott Corbin were named two of the top five "Retail Producers" in 1998.

"I am delighted and honored to see these three top leasing producers receive this type of recognition," said Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Southeast Division. "1998 was a great year for us and their hard work and dedication to excellence was an integral part of that success. These awards are very well deserved."

About Sandi Thompson

Thompson, vice president of office leasing services in Orlando, received the 1998 Circle of Achievement Award for her outstanding leasing performance. Thompson handled over 47 transactions totaling $12 million in 1998.

Thompson has nearly 22 years of commercial leasing experience. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in 1996, Thompson was a tenant consultant in her own company. Thompson is also an active member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties. Recently, she was awarded the "Deal of the Year" recognition from Heitman's national competition.

About Terry Marks

Marks, vice president of Florida retail leasing brokerage services, received the 1998 Top Retail Producer Award as the second largest annual retail services producer in Central Florida. Marks handled 42 transactions totaling over $12 million.

Marks has nearly 13 years of retail leasing experience. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in 1995, he was the director of retail sites with Landmarks Group and Faison Associates for 13 years where he received the company's Outstanding Performer Award.

About Scott Corbin

Corbin, director of retail service, received the 1998 Top Retail Producer Award as the fifth largest annual producer in Central Florida. Corbin handled 56 transactions totaling over 7.1 million dollars in 1998.

Corbin has nearly 10 years of retail leasing experience. Prior to joining PM Realty Group in 1997, he was a retail broker with Lat Purser/Quest Company.
