PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED MANAGEMENT
AND LEASING CONTRACT FOR BALTIMORE BUILDINGS
TOTALING 166,625 SQUARE FEET

Baltimore, MD - PM Realty Group today announced that PHL-OPCO, L.P. has awarded the firm with the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for two buildings in Baltimore totaling 166,625 square feet.

The portfolio consists of the following properties:

  • Rivers 95 is a flex building comprised of 109,449 square feet of space and currently is 96 percent occupied. Located at 9130-1960 Gilford Road in Columbia, the building?s major tenants include AT&T and Essex Corporation.
  • Parkway Center is a flex building comprised of 57,176 square feet of space and currently is 100 percent occupied. Located at 7320 Parkway Drive in Hanover, major tenants include Baltimore Gas & Electricity and GEO Dynamics.

PM Realty Group's management and leasing team will be led by Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President/Director of the Southeast Division. Steve Beverly, Regional Vice President and Tanya Seyfet,General Manager, will assist Goeke.

According to Goeke, the assignment is part of a larger, national real estate portfolio awarded to PM Realty Group consisting of 28 properties and spanning 3,850,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

"Our primary objective is to strategically position these properties in the Baltimore market and to provide the highest quality service levels while operating the buildings in the most cost-effective manner possible," said Goeke.
