Houston, TX - PM Realty Group today announced that PHL-OPCO, L.P. has awarded the firm with the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for an office and flex portfolio in Houston totaling 821,026 square feet.
The portfolio consists of the following properties:
- 10777 Northwest Freeway is an office complex comprised of 160,525 square feet of space and currently is 71 percent occupied. The building?s major tenants include Road Rescue and ABB Vetco Gray.
- 1400 Broadfield is an office building comprised of 102,980 square feet of space and currently is 100 percent occupied. Major tenants include ABB Lummis Global and Platinum Technology.
- 16420 Park Ten Place is an 84,200-square-foot office building and is currently 74 percent occupied. The building?s major tenants include Universal Selsmic and Market Hub Partners.
- Astro Business Center is a 208,500-square-foot flex building located at 8825-9067 Knight Road. Currently 69 percent occupied, major tenants include Drummond Clinical Laboratory and Mental Health and Retardation.
- Parks Crossing is an office complex comprised of 53,727 square feet of space and currently is 82 percent occupied. Located at 3701, 3711, 3721 and 3731 Briar Park, the building?s major tenants include EDI Architecture and Instromet Ultrasonic.
- West Loop Business Park is a flex building comprised of 62,165 square feet of space and currently is 95 percent occupied. Located at 1205 and 1209 West Loop North, major tenants include Diebold, Incorporated and J&S Audio Visual.
- Greenbrier Business Center is a 64,684-square-foot office complex located at 15701, 15711, 15721 and 15731 West Hardy. Currently 72 percent occupied, major tenants include Envalco Corporation and Respond Cargo Service.
PM Realty Group?s management and leasing team will be led by Bill Goeke, Senior Vice President/Director of the Southeast Division. Charlotte Liberda, Vice President of Operations; Joel Dalak, Vice President of Leasing, Doug Little, Vice President of Leasing, John Spafford, Vice President of Leasing; and Connie Ray, Leasing Manager, will assist Goeke.
According to Goeke, the assignment is part of a larger, national real estate portfolio awarded to PM Realty Group consisting of 28 properties and spanning 3,850,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
