Los Angeles, CA - PM Realty Group today announced that PHL-OPCO, L.P. has awarded the firm with the exclusive property management and leasing assignment for an office and retail portfolio in Los Angeles totaling 238,357 square feet.
The portfolio consists of the following properties:
- Huntington Oaks is an office building comprised of 83,257 square feet of space and currently is 81 percent occupied. Located at 1333 South Mayflower Avenue in Monrovia, the building?s major tenants include Prudential Insurance Co., McGraw-Hill Companies, Allstate Corporation, and the Los Angeles Times.
- Boulevard Shops is a retail center comprised of 39,163 square feet of space and currently is 84 percent occupied. Located at 9631-9725 Reseda Blvd. in Northridge, major tenants include American Cancer Society, Kaiser Foundation, Interim Health Care, and Coco?s Restaurant.
- Camino Del Rio is a 71,000-square-foot office building located at 2650 Camino Del Rio North in San Diego. Currently 100 percent occupied, major tenants include Sprint, Analysis and Technology and American General Insurance.
- Hillside Plaza is a 44,175-square-foot office building located at 23161 Mill Creek Drive in Laguna Hills. Currently 100 percent occupied, major tenants include Blytheco and Farmers Insurance.
PM Realty Group's management and leasing team will be led by Jim Proehl, Senior Vice President/Director of the Southwest Division. Steve Roppel, Senior Property Manager and Peter Tietz, Regional Manager, will assist Proehl.
According to Proehl, the assignment is part of a larger, national real estate portfolio awarded to PM Realty Group consisting of 28 properties and spanning 3,850,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space.
