Dallas, TX - PM Realty Group, one of the nation's leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management contract for Carillon Towers by owner representative Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors, a real estate investment firm based in Newport Beach, C.A.
Koll Bren Schreiber awarded PM Realty Group the exclusive leasing assignment for the property in November of 1999. This latest contract is the fifth new management assignment awarded to PM Realty during the past twelve months in the Dallas market.
Carillon Towers is a two-building office complex consisting of the following:
- Carillon Towers (East) -- Located at 13601 Preston Road, Carillon Towers (East) is an 11-story office building totaling 141,890 square feet of space. Currently 99 percent occupied, the building's major tenants include United Dental Care and EBI/Orion.
- Carillon Towers (West) -- Adjacently located at 13601 Preston Road, Carillon Towers (West) is a 10-story office building totaling 121,710 square feet of space. Currently 86 percent occupied, the building's major tenants include Turner Construction and North Texas Anesthesiologists.
- Annex - The towers' annex, is a single tenant building encompassing 8,204 square feet.
Under the direction of Charlotte Liberda, vice president of PM Realty Group's Southeast Division, Lisa Johnston, senior property manager, is overseeing day-to-day operations at the properties. "This assignment signifies the continued growth of our property management and leasing presence in the Dallas Metroplex," said Bill Goeke, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group's Southeast Division.
