PM Realty Group Responds Quickly to Transition Management of Property; Firm Continues to Expand Presence in Downtown Market
San Francisco - PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s leading full-service commercial real estate firms, today announced that it has been awarded the exclusive property management assignment for 500 Sansome Street by WCB Properties, authorized agent for the building’s owner, WXI/SAN Realty, L.L.C. PM Realty Group took over management of the property just two days after the assignment was given, a testament of the firm’s ability to quickly transition individual assets and large portfolios.
PM Realty Group’s San Francisco-based management team will be led by Sonny O’Drobinak, vice president and northwest regional manager. Jim Proehl, senior vice president and director of PM Realty Group’s Western Division, will oversee the project and ensure quality control.
500 Sansome Street is a 9-story office building located in the heart of downtown San Francisco. The 71-year-old, vintage building encompasses more than 148,000 square feet and is currently 100 percent occupied. Major tenants include Pluntree Software, Jacobs Associates, and Tobin & Tobin.
“Based on our past performance with the owner, our experience in downtown San Francisco and our proven property management systems and procedures, we were ideally suited to quickly take over duties for 500 Sansome in the two days needed for the transition,” said Proehl. |
